Jerry W. Swatzell, M.A.

Jerry W. Swatzell, M.A. is an instructor in the Criminal Justice and Sociology Department for Southeast Missouri State University.  Mr. Swatzell has lived in Cape Girardeau since May 2005.

Confucius said: "Learning without thought is labor lost; thought without learning is perilous."  As we enter the Spring 2009 semester, my goal is to provide a classroom environment where we can in fact produce the needed thought for proper learning.
